Karlesjochbahn up to 3.108 m above sea level
The Gletscherstrasse (glacier road) ends at the bottom of the Weißseespitze (3.518 m), at 2.750 m. From up here, you can join a guided tour to the accessible crevasse, relax in our glacier restaurant or comfortably take the Karlesjochbahn up to the 3-Länderblick (3 country viewpoint) at 3.108 m.

NEW Summer 2010 We are in the process of building a new, wheelchair accessible observation platform at the top terminal of the Karlesjochbahn. The spectacular view of 3 different countries and the mountain tops of the Weisseespitze (3.518 m - A) and Weisskugel (3.712 m - A), Ortler (I) and the Bernina mountains (CH) is one of the most magnificent in the entire Alps.
Enjoy the unique view on several levels and take in the atmosphere of the Kaunertal glacier world.
