Important notice:
- Excursion operations – 27.05 - 21.06: Every Thursday to Sunday + 28.05.; June 23 to September 9, 2012: Daily; September 13 to October 7, 2012: Every Thursday to Sunday; from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4.45 pm
- No train operation during bad weather: Information hotline under +43/664/8161775
- BambiniPass - Children under 10 years of age (birthdays in 2003 and after) free if accompanied by a parent
- Disabled guests with handicap ID (at least 60 % according to official ID) receive a discount rate (summer card rate)
- Groups - Discount starting with 10 people if the lift tickets are used together by the group leader. A free ticket of the same type will be given per ten people.
- Summer card/guest card - owner of a completely filled out summer card or guest card from the district of Landeck receive the discounted rate.
- Restaurant opening hours Sattelklause: 9 am to 5 pm
