General: The individual services that the Gletscherpark card is entitled to are provided by legally independent companies. The company that sells the card only works on behalf of the other companies as a representative. For the provision of individual services and compensation for all cases, only the respective company is liable.

Free Bambini card: Children under 10 years (birthdays in 2003 and after) free if accompanied by a parent. Cards only valid if bought together. Only upon provision of an ID! Children receive a key card (€ 5 security deposit).

Operation stopped or disrupted, reduced operation: The non-usage of Glacier Park Cards due to bad weather, systems failure, unpredictable departure, etc., does not result in the right to reimbursement or extension. Changes to the operating times due to the weather and snow situations may be made.

Operating times for the systems: June 9 - October 14, 2012. We refer the guest to the fact that at the beginning and end of the summer season, at least three mountain train partners are in operation. The last day of sales for the ten-day card is October 5; for the seven- day card October 8 and for the three-day card October 12, 2012.

Discounted cards: To purchase a discounted card (Bambini, children), official identification is required without exception. There are no further discounts on discounted cards.

Photo: A photo is required for the Glacier Park Card. The photo is directly created at our cashiers’ office free of charge.

Age groups: Small children (birthday in 2006 and after) ride free; child's rate (from 1997 to 2005) - exception of the Bambini free card regulation; adult rate (birthdays in 1996 and older)

Key cards: Our card system is exclusively built on a contact-free data carrier (key card) € 5 deposit for the key card. Upon return of the undamaged key card, the deposit will be reimbursed. Return cards to all cashiers from the mountain trains and by the tourism office, in the sports stores or to the reception desks at hotels. The card control occurs electronically on all lifts.

Misuse, exchange and extension: Controls are constantly carried out in the region. The Gletscherpark card must be shown to our lift personnel on request. The Gletscherpark card is related to the individual and cannot be transferred. All incorrect usage will result in immediate seizure of the card and will be penalised with a fee of three times the Gletscherpark rate. We reserve the right to report it to the police. The retrospective exchange for a different lift ticket and the extension or delay of the validity is not possible. The Gletscherpark ticket is a pedestrian ticket and does not entitle its owner to go skiing.

Points of sale: At the cashiers’ offices at the respective mountain trains or by the tourism offices.

Loss: Loss of lift tickets will be replaced upon provision of the block number document (receipt) and for the payment of a processing fee (€ 10). The electronic data carrier (key card) must also be repurchased.

Price changes may be made, subject to errors; all prices include sales tax. The general terms and conditions apply for the purchase of the Glacier Park Card.
