La Gletscherstraße del Kaunertal conduce dal villaggio vallivo di Feichten nel Kaunertal a quota 1.273 m fino ancora ai margini del “ghiaccio eterno”, ad un’altitudine di 2.750 m.
Supera i 26 chilometri di lunghezza per un totale di 29 curve e un dislivello di quasi 1.500 m. Proprio sul bordo del sentiero, chiaramente marcate, ci sono numerose particolarità.
